Supervision Services for LCT-Candidates

With over a decade of therapeutic practice, paired with formal clinical supervision training, Kelly is approved by the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB) to provide supervision services to Licensed Counselling Therapist - Candidates (LCT-C).

My Approach to Supervision

Through my experience and formal training, I've adopted an integrated model of supervison that seeks to utilize elements from various orientations to best meet the needs of my supervisees and their clients. Drawing from humanistic, constructivist and feminist models of supervision, I believe that supervisees have the resources within themselves to effectively address challenges; by creating a supervision environment that aims to reduce the power dynamic and model transparency, openness, genuineness, empathy and unconditional positive regard, supervisees will have the opportunity to focus on strengths and grow in a safe, collaborative environment.
